To Prospective Clients of David Beaton, My wife and I had the pleasure of working with David on two separate occasions. The first experience was when we were a new family and were looking to expand from our current three bedroom house to a larger house with a larger yard. After beginning our investigation, my wife observed David outside a newly listed home in the area (this was before we had the tools that we have today to connect properties, locations, sellers and purchasers together). After discussing with Mr Beaton the home and discussing it with me, we set a time for a showing. After our first visit and discussions with David, we knew that David was representing the seller, but also representing our interests and what was best with our family. The deal closed and we could not have been happier. We were very new to purchasing a house and everything was explained to us through the entire process. With such a fantastic first time experience we knew that we would not be using another agent again. After we had outgrown the house that we purchased with David, we decided to make a call to David to discuss what we were looking for. David understood exactly what we had wanted in our next house, he explained to us that this journey was going to take some time to find the right house for us. We were signed up for specific targets of houses and started to receive emails about them. We would send David any properties of interest and we would act upon properties brought up by David and our own. After months of searching for the right house, I received a call from David, being quite busy, it went to voice mail: “Christopher, David here, give me a quick call”. Not 5 minutes later, I get another text “Hi Christopher, can you give me a call ASAP”. After calling David back, we looked at the listing and it was everything that we had checked off for our new house. With a house in hand, we had to sell our current house. David had made recommendations which we followed. The house was sold, record this, record that, and we were extremely happy. His professionalism and negotiation made everything simple for us.
